PARIS HOME Customer Personal Data Protection Policy
1. The personal data of our client, collected in the scope of the established commercial transactions, namely when executing contracts for the purchase and sale of goods or provision of services, including deliveries, assemblies and repairs, including as a guarantee, will be considered and treated for effective compliance the contract executed, its conditions, billing, collection, guarantees and other acts of contractual compliance, including accessories or related, which treatment is necessary for the full execution of the purchase and sale contract or the provision of adjacent services, for the fulfillment the legal obligations imposed on PARIS HOME, in pursuing the legitimate interests of PARIS HOME and, also, for all legal purposes for which the client's unequivocal consent was obtained.
2. PARIS HOME will always process personal data to the extent necessary to collect debts resulting from commercial transactions, the purchase and sale of goods or the provision of services, based either on the execution of the contracts entered into or on your legitimate interest in enforcing your right to that charge.
3. PARIS HOME may also use the customer's personal data to carry out quality audits of its products and services provided or satisfaction surveys, for marketing, advertising and sales purposes, for customer management, for accounting and auditing purposes, for purposes of litigation, prevention and detection of crimes, and to fulfill its legal obligations.
4. Personal data processed within the scope of the commercial relations established between the customer and PARIS HOME, including actual business, mere requests for quotes or when providing services, are always data provided by the customer.
5. The processing of data for marketing or advertising purposes will always and necessarily take into account the scope and content of the prior consent expressed by the client. The client's consent for his data to be processed for these purposes must consist of a free, specific, informed, explicit and unambiguous expression of will, made concrete through a written, oral or other positive statement. The customer may, at any time, oppose the processing of their data for marketing and advertising purposes, guaranteeing PARIS HOME that the customer will be able to withdraw their consent at any time and by any means.
6. PARIS HOME, with N.I.P.C 505.611.384, headquartered at Praça da República Nº 22, 4960-576 Melgaço, is the entity responsible for the processing of said personal data.
7. The customer has the right to request access to his personal data, the rectification of those that are inaccurate or incomplete, the deletion of personal data, the total or partial limitation of the processing of personal data, he also has the right to object to the treatment and the right to portability of personal data in a structured format, in common use and automatic reading. In order to exercise these rights and for any question related to the protection of personal data, the customer may contact PARIS HOME, through the following means:

8. PARIS HOME will proceed in accordance with what is requested by the customer and in the shortest possible time and never within more than 30 days after receipt by PARIS HOME of the order placed by the customer through the means indicated above.
9. PARIS HOME may transmit the customer's personal data to third parties, whether partners or suppliers, contracted by it for the effective fulfillment of the contract entered into, namely, transportation companies, assembly services and for the purpose of executing guarantees.
10. The customer's personal data will be kept for different periods of time, depending on the purpose for which they are intended, namely during the term of the contract and guarantees, plus the collection and claim, prescription and expiry dates of the associated rights, they can also be maintained for the fulfillment of legal obligations, for the purposes of investigation and judicial actions of a criminal nature and for statistical purposes, and for the latter purpose, they must be anonymised.
11. If, at any time, the customer considers that the rights that assist him under the applicable law on data protection have been violated, he may, without prejudice to complain to PARIS HOME, submit a complaint before the competent supervisory authority, in the case of Portugal , the National Data Protection Commission.
12. PARIS HOME is concerned with the treatment given to its customer's personal data, so it will always adopt all the measures that prove to be adequate, necessary and indispensable for the defense and protection of said personal data and for the fulfillment of the provisions in the General Data Protection Regulation, approved by European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 27 April.
13. The aforementioned General Data Protection Regulation enters into force on 17 August 2020, taking effect from that date.
